Who we are
Kaki is operated by kaki.fun ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use Kaki, why, and who helps us process it. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Google sign-in: your name, email address, profile picture and Google account ID. We use them only to sign you in and identify your account.
X: your X account ID, username and name, the authorization tokens X issues to Kaki (stored encrypted), and the posts and metrics Kaki reads to understand your account and measure results.
What you tell us: your project profile, settings, limits, feedback and corrections, and the posts Kaki drafts, publishes or you reject.
Telegram: the chat ID and username of the chat you connect, to send you notifications.
Payments: the amount, currency and status of each payment, wallet activity and legacy subscription records. We do not receive your card details; payments are processed by NOWPayments and its partners.
Technical data: IP address, browser, and request logs, used for security and to fix problems; and records of the AI model calls made for your account, used for cost control.
How we use it
To run Kaki for your account: research, write, publish, measure and learn from your feedback. Learning from your feedback applies to your own account. We also use data to secure the service, prevent abuse, handle billing and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
X, to read and publish posts. OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to, to research and write. twitterapi.io, to read public X data. Tavily, for web search. der, to create images and video. NOWPayments and its partners Guardarian and Banxa, for payments. Cloudflare, for our domain, storage and email forwarding. Hetzner, for our servers in Singapore. Google, for sign-in. Telegram, for notifications. Each processes data under its own terms and only for the purpose above.
Cookies
We use only cookies Kaki needs to work: one that keeps you signed in, a short-lived one while you connect X, and one that remembers your website language for one year. Cloudflare may set a security cookie. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account we remove it within 30 days, except payment and security records we must keep.
Security
Connections are encrypted, X authorization tokens are encrypted at rest, and access to production systems is restricted and logged.
Your choices
You can disconnect X or Telegram at any time. Write to [email protected] to access, correct, export or delete your data. Kaki is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will post changes here and tell you about significant ones before they apply.
