About these terms

These terms govern your use of Kaki, a service operated by kaki.fun ("we"). By creating an account or using Kaki you agree to them. If you use Kaki for a company or project, you confirm that you may accept these terms on its behalf.

What Kaki does

Kaki is an automated agent that researches your field, drafts posts and images, and publishes them to the X account you connect, within the settings and limits you choose. It announces posts in Telegram before publishing where your settings say so, and you can cancel a pending post or pause Kaki at any time.

Kaki does not like, follow or send direct messages. Replies to people who have not mentioned your account are only suggested to you; you decide whether to post them.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google, X and Telegram accounts secure; activity through them is treated as yours. You must be at least 18 years old to use Kaki.

Connecting X

You authorize Kaki to read your account and publish on your behalf through X's official authorization. Kaki never asks for or stores your X password. You can revoke this at any time in Kaki or in your X settings.

Posts published through Kaki are published from your account and you remain responsible for them, including compliance with X's rules. Kaki is designed to follow X's automation rules, and we may limit features to stay within them.

Acceptable use

You may not use Kaki to spread scams, impersonate others, publish unlawful, deceptive or infringing content, manipulate markets, promise returns, or spam. The facts you give Kaki about your project must be accurate. We may pause or refuse content, or suspend an account, that puts people, X or us at risk.

AI-generated content

Kaki uses AI models to research and write. Their output can be wrong or incomplete. Use the previews, limits and pause controls to keep Kaki within bounds. Nothing Kaki writes is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Prepaid credit and payment

You add prepaid USD credit through NOWPayments using cryptocurrency, with a minimum top-up of $10. Card payments are not available here yet. Paid credit does not expire and there is no automatic charge. Usage is charged at three times its direct cost, including procurement fees. Optional daily spending limits are available in Settings.

Eligible new Google and X accounts may receive a one-time $5 welcome credit after connecting X. It expires 30 days after it is granted, is used before paid credit, and is tied to the X account for which it was granted.

A payment below the invoice amount does not add credit until it is settled. Older subscription payment records remain available. If you think you were charged in error, write to [email protected].

Changes and availability

Kaki is in private beta. It is provided as available, and features, limits and prices may change. We will tell you in advance of changes that affect how your credit is charged.

Ending

You can stop using Kaki at any time by pausing it or disconnecting X, or ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for posts published from your account under your settings, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
